PP130: Hello Baby

A family in our neighborhood recently added a new baby boy to their family.  This card is to congratulate them on their sweet baby.

The inspiration for this card comes from The Paper Players sketch challenge this week.  For this card, I turned the sketch sideways.

For the main image I used the new Oval Framelits and a cute boat stamp.  The boat seemed perfect for a baby boy.

You can't have a boat without some waves, so the DSP panel from the sketch was done with several layers of scallops to give the impression of water.

A sweet card for a sweet baby!

  2. Adorable! I love that little image...perfect for a baby card! Thanks for playing with my Paper Players sketch this week! BTW, you have word verification on, which makes it challenging to leave comments! If you would like to know how to turn it off, just let me know! We want you to get all the comments you deserve!

  3. Every time I see this stamp I keep telling myself that I don't need it but you may have convinced me! Love the waves too! Thank you for joining us at the Paper Players!
